The decoiler receives the input wire from the user. Then the straightening unit straightens the metal or steel wire to ensure the easy machining process. The control of all the machining process is on the basis of a CNC programming unit. The machine controls the spacing between the springs. The cam axis and the wire feeding axis controls these processes. The CNC spring making machine ensures both the right and left-hand coiling of the springs. It builds simple 3D Shape springs.

The input material diameter ranges between 0.4mm and 3.5mm. The maximum outer diameter ranges up to 60mm. These ranges vary according to customer requirements.
