It was founded by Mr.Muhannad Al Mahreeq & Brothers in 1997 and grown to be a family business , Aldiaa Roastery Company , specialized in processed grains , spices , premium quality coffee , gourmet nuts , Freekeh , thymes & dried fruits , and much more to the market. We are ISO certified and FDA . Our products are: 1-Turkish Coffee 2-different types of spices : (Black Pepper, White Pepper, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger, Allspice, Bay Leaves, Sumac, Paprika, Chili Powder, Seven Spices, Mixed Spices, Curry Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Fenugreek, Anise, Fennel, Nigella Seeds etc…..). 3-Food products such as Halawa, Maftool, Mulukhyiyah, Baking powder, Vanilla, Rice, and Jameed. . 4-Hot drinks like:( 2in1-3in1 -Cappuccino and hot chocolate). 5-Thymes : We have exported many of our products such as coffee, spices and thyme to many countries such as Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Egypt Kuwait and Australia .
