Openex is fully-equipped, about 200, 000 sq meters. the facility provides us with the full manufacturing and custom fabrication capabilities necessary to fabricate custom products for your application. Project Management – Our staff will manage your project from your initial contact through the delivery of the finished product. Complete Fabrication and Assembly Services – Our services include CNC plasma cutting, turning, bending, shearing, rolling, and machining. We manufacture to the tightest of fabricated tolerances possible in order to meet your requirements and ensure the integrity of the platform. Our welders are all AWS certified, and our welders and welding processes meet ASME or ABS standards. We have the capabilities for quantities from prototype through large production runs. Finishing Services – We provide finishing services if required, both in-house with our sister company G&C Coatings, and through trusted partners. These include machining, painting, coating, grinding, and polishing. Additional services are available. Inspection and Quality Assurance – Openex provides 100% dimensional inspections and can provide additional quality assurance testing if needed. We offer NDE, load test, and pressure/hydro testing services. Our experience in fabricating custom products for specialty applications ensures that your project will be completed to your specifications. Our staff will work closely with you to make sure that your products are delivered on time, on budget, and to your exact requirements.
