Automatic Shisha Molasses Packing Line

SIDSAM’s Automatic Shisha Molasses Packing Line integrates multiple packaging machines into a continuous and synchronized production line. It is designed to handle the complete secondary and tertiary packaging process for Shisha Molasses, helping manufacturers improve packaging efficiency, consistency, and overall production workflow.

The line consists of the following equipment:

Main Machines Included

1. Dozer
Provides controlled dosing of Shisha Molasses before the pouch packing process.

2. Pouch Packing Machine – HFW, 3 Servo
The 3-Servo HFW pouch packing machine is used for automatic forming, filling, and sealing of Shisha Molasses pouches.

3. Check Weigher
Checks the weight of packed pouches to help maintain consistent product weight and packaging quality.

4. Cartoning Machine
Automatically collects and packs individual pouches into cartons, providing an efficient secondary packaging operation.

5. Cellophane Film Wrapping Machine – Small Box
Automatically wraps the small cartons with cellophane film to provide a neat and finished package.

6. Box Packing Machine (Boxer)
Automatically packs the small wrapped boxes into larger transport or shipping boxes.

7. Cellophane Film Wrapping Machine – Big Box
Wraps the larger boxes with cellophane film for additional protection and a finished outer package.

8. Connecting Conveyor
Transfers products between the different machines and maintains a continuous flow throughout the complete packaging line.
