Bitumen

We offer bitumen petroleum road viscous grade BND 70/100. Below are the key technical specifications of our product:

• Needle Penetration Depth at 25°C: 80 (0.1 mm), within the standard range of 71-100 (tested per GOST 33136, equivalent to ASTM D5 or EN 1426)
• Softening Temperature: 49°C, exceeding the minimum requirement of 47°C (tested per GOST 33142, equivalent to ASTM D36 or EN 1427)
• Stretchability at 0°C: 3.9 cm, surpassing the minimum of 3.7 cm (tested per GOST 33138, equivalent to ASTM D113 or EN 13589)
• Brittleness Temperature: -18°C, meeting the maximum of -18°C (tested per GOST 33143, equivalent to EN 12593 for Fraass breaking point)
• Flash Point: Above 252°C, well above the minimum of 230°C (tested per GOST 33141, equivalent to ASTM D92 or EN ISO 2592)
• Change in Sample Mass After Aging: 0.5%, below the maximum allowed of 0.6% (tested per GOST 33140, equivalent to ASTM D2872 or EN 12607-1)
• Change in Softening Temperature After Aging: 6°C, within the limit of 7°C (tested per GOST 33140 and GOST 33142, equivalent to ASTM D2872 or EN 12607-1 and ASTM D36 or EN 1427)

These specifications ensure that our bitumen is of the highest quality. We are prepared to supply bitumen on the following terms:

• Initial Export Volume: 10,000 tons per month with the potential for increased supply on demand
• Payment terms can be discussed: we are very flexible
• Price: $600 per ton FOB (final price depends on market fluctuations)
• Packaging: Standard packaging is in clovertainers, each containing 1 ton.
• Available Types: In addition to BND 70/100, we can provide bitumen with other penetration values, including 20/35, 35/50, 50/70, 100/130, and 130/200, upon request
