The Broken Bridge Aluminum Insulation Glue Injection Machine and HGIT Glue Injection Machine are specialized equipment for injecting polyurethane insulation glue into insulated aluminum profiles.
The equipment drives the aluminum profile to move steadily and uniformly in a specified direction through a hydraulic system, and delivers the A and B components of the insulation adhesive to the high-speed mixing system through a metering system. After instant mixing, they are injected into the insulation groove of the profile according to the flow rate, completing the injection process.
