Cfrt Sandwich Panel

CFRT series honeycomb panel is a new thermoplastic surface layer composed of high-performance CFRT belt. The core layer adopts honeycomb material with low bulk density and high strength and adopts environment-friendly thermal composite process.
Product Features:
    The new sandwich material board has the following characteristics:
1) The density is small and the specific gravity is light, and the skin is generally 1.4g/cm3. Thermoset-ting FRP plates are usually           2.2g/cm3. The aluminum plate is 2.7g/cm3. As the material of truck box,the effect is excellent.
2) The fully wetted continuous glass fiber reinforced material is covered on the surface through direc-tional paving, which greatly improves the impact resistance.
3) Good bending performance, better than color steel sandwich panel, plywood, FRP and othermaterials.
4)Good weather resistance (can be used between - 40 and 80 ℃). 
5)Chemical corrosion resistance.
    The products can be widely used in the following fields and extended fields: vans, refrigeratedtrucks, touring cars, furniture boards, spare wheel covers, honeycomb panel turnover vehicles andother products.
