Mr.Vimal Jain established the parent company called AMCO Industries, in the year 1972. The firm manufactured Bushing with the brand name ‘AMCO’. In 1982 the engineering firm diversified it’s manufacturing activities. It started production of valves under another firm called Atam Valves Pvt. Ltd. The range of valves was marketed under the brand name ‘ATAM’. FEBI entered the Indian market with Ball Valves in 1992-93. AMCO Industries started manufacturing FEBI ball valves in1993 under banner of FEBI Valves Pvt. Ltd. The products were very well received in the market and the production doubled over the period 1993-97.
