Our philosophy is based on supporting Coffee Growers in Nariño, with the aim of collecting the best coffees in the region thereby supporting coffee growers in the production of specialty coffees, whilst maintaining quality, traceability. Our coffee growers are in turn able to promote social and environmental development in the region. Nariño’s unique characteristics create an exceptional coffee growing climate. The mountain area gets more than 70 inches of rain per year and plenty of sunshine. The region’s volcanic soil has a high percentage of organic material. Colombia Nariño is a medium-bodied coffee with a juicy acidity, herbal notes, and a nutty flavour. We have developed strong long-term relationships with farmer co-operatives and the Colombian Coffee Federation therefore we are able to always source the best beans throughout the different crop cycles to have our developed cup profile shipped at its peak flavour throughout the year.
