①.Setting Working Time
1-2 hours subject to temperature.
CC will achieve more than 60% strength at 24 hours after hydration.According to the special requirements of users, special formulas can also be used to achieve the purpose of rapid solidification or delayed solidification.
②.Method of Hydration
Spray the fibre surface with low pressure water until it feels wet to touch for several minutes after spraying.
③.Notes
▲ CC cannot be over hydrated and an excess of water is always recommended.
▲ Minimum ratio of water: CC is 1:2 by weight.
▲ Do not jet high pressure water directly onto the CC as this may wash a channel in the material.
▲ CC can be hydrated using saline or non-saline water.
▲ CC will hydrate and set underwater.
▲ CC has a working time of 1-2 hours after hydration. Do not move CC
once it has begun to set.
▲ Working time will be reduced in hot climates.

5.Paving Construction
①.Prepare Work
First of all, it is necessary to plan and measure to ensure a certain slope so that the water can flow smoothly from the top to the lower end; second, after cleaning and leveling the construction site, the construction line should be set up according to the design drawing, and the drainage slope should be measured again.
②. Excavation
Set up the construction line in accordance with the design requirements, both sides of the ditch need to be flat, and there must be no virtual soil and emptiness on the slope in the ditch.
It is necessary to tamp the parts of the water flows, remove the debris and gravel in the slope, tamp with 3/7 lime/earth if necessary, or seal it after cement pouring reinforcement. It is required that the treated part is stable.
③. Laying
The material can be laid vertically and horizontally. Must make sure to smooth the base, otherwise it will affect the appearance!
④.Seam treatment
1. A groove at horizontal direction with 10 cm width and depth twice as deep as the thickness of cement blanket and place the joint stack part into the groove and flatten it.
2. Place the upper cement blanket on the below one in the direction of water flow, and the joint part shall not be less than 10cm.
3. Apply sealant evenly at the joint.
4. Fix two cement blankets with Φ 5*38mm stainless steel screws.
5. Ditch edge treatment.
The edge of the material is fixed on the edge of the ditch with rivets and cover the edge with soil.
⑤ Watering and curing
1.The cement canvas can be hydrated with salt water or non-salt water. The minimum weight ratio of water to cement canvas is 1:2. The cement canvas will not undergo excessive hydration reaction, so it is always recommended to use excessive water. You can spray water on the fiber surface several times until the cement canvas reaches saturation. Because the cement blanket absorbs moisture, the color darkens first, and then becomes lighter. When water accumulates on the surface or flows down Indicates that the cement canvas has saturated.
After the initial hydration reaction, between one and two hours, the cement blanket should be re-watered at least one time
2. Do not spray water directly on the cement canvas with a high-pressure water spray gun, otherwise the surface of the cement canvas will be washed into a groove shape. If the cement canvas is not fully protected by water, the setting will be delayed and the material strength will decrease. If the setting time is delayed, it should be re-moistened with plenty of water. The cement canvas can be used underwater, at this time because it is soaked in water, it can fully hydrate.
