E-glass stitch mat is a fabric by chopping continuous strands into chopped strands of certain length and stitching together the chopped strands.
NOTE: E-glass stitch mat are available with range of 200mm-3600mm. Other specifications are also available on customer requests.

2.Good strand dispersion and high tensile strength.
3.Good moldability and easy roll-out.
4.Good wet-out in resind, resulting in high molding productivity.
5.Consistent gaps between fibers conductive to resin flow and wet-out.

Compatible Resins and Applications:
E-glass stitch mat are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins.
The typical end-use applications include FRP boat hulls, laminates, structural shapes, and the inner lining of pipes.

Packaging and Storage:
Each Stitch Mat is wound onto a paper tube that has an inside diameter of 89mm or 79mm and then wrapped up with plastic film, which can be packed in a cardboard box.
Unless otherwise specified, the product should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15℃- 35℃ and 35℃- 65℃ respectively.
