Foamed Ceramic Silicon Carbide Filter

The foam ceramic filter series has three dimensional connected channels for filtering metal solutions.
    Mechanical screening: remove the oxide inclusion of large particles to reduce the harm of slag to castings.
   Cake mechanism: the intercepted large particles of mixed oxides gather above the filter to form cake, which increases the filter's ability to filter small particles of mixed oxides.
   Deep adsorption: its unique three-dimensional network structure, with large surface area, can adsorb fine oxide inclusions.
  Rectifying mechanism: change the flow of liquid metal from turbulent state to laminar state, slow down the flow rate, prevent eddy current, reduce sand falling, reduce secondary oxidation and air absorption of liquid metal, and improve the casting performance.
