(1) Strictly comply with the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and AS9100C, 100% ultrasonic flaw detection of raw titanium ingot and finished products, and issue the flaw detection report.
(2) Entrust a third-party authoritative institution to carry out a physical performance, mechanical performance, and high-power metallographic testing, and issue the testing report.
Our Optimal Point:
(1) We adopt domestic advanced smelting equipment -- 3-ton double-chamber vacuum consumable electric arc furnace for multiple smelting. The whole smelting process is fully automated, with high control precision and short melting cycle. The titanium ingot produced has a uniform chemical composition, no inclusion, no segregation, small shrinkage cavity, and high yield of titanium ingot. According to the requirement of titanium for space use, multiple smelting process is adopted to make the chemical composition of the product more uniform, the grain size finer and the distribution more uniform, which ensures the physical properties of the product.
(2)We adopt advanced forging equipment --2000 tons of free forging oil press to open the blank forging, which can be controlled by the same platform with the operating machine hydraulic press, which can change the structure of the product internally, improve the mechanical properties of the product, and forge titanium and titanium alloy products with uniform internal structure, stable and reliable performance.
(3) According to the requirements of titanium for space use, adopting the pier drawing process for many times in the forging process can effectively guarantee the product's structure and improve its mechanical properties.
(4) The natural gas furnace and the electric furnace for forging adopt PLC automatic control system. Set the program to automatically heat up, heat preservation, heat data automatically record. Melting forging and various heating data are traceable.
Main production equipment: 3500T electrode press, 3t two-chamber vacuum consumable arc furnace, 2000T and 3500T free forging oil press, 750kg air hammer, natural gas heating furnace, resistance heating furnace, lathe, sawing machine, etc.
