Graphite Thermal Fields/graphite Components

Graphite heaters are available in three shapes: cylindrical, cup-shaped, and spiral, with most being cylindrical. They are made of high-purity graphite with a carbon content of over 99.9%, and the effective length is 1.6-1.8 times the height of the quartz crucible. The wall thickness of the graphite bowl is 3-6mm. In the thermal field, the furnace bottom protection plate, thermal insulation cover, and upper/lower covers are made of fine-grained medium-coarse graphite, while the heater is made of imported isostatic graphite, adapting to the needs of relevant industrial furnace equipment.
