Application
General pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of liquid, gas and steam which have no explosion risk, no crystallization, no solidification and no corrosive effect on copper and its alloy.


Theory
The measuring system of the pressure gauge is composed of a connection, a elastic element, a transmission mechanism and an indication device. The elastic element is elastically deformed under pressure and causes displacement of the element end.
The displacement is amplified by the transmission mechanism which pushes the indication device, and then the pointer indicates the pressure on the dial that engraved with the unit of measurement.

Working pressure: The pressure gauge should not exceed 3/4 of the maximum scale value under steady pressure, and not exceed 2/3 of the maximum scale value under fluctuation pressure, and not exceed 1/3 of the maximum scale value under short-time pressure.

Operation
* In the environment with sharp pressure change, vibration and pulsation, protective devices should be added to the pressure gauge.
* Do not use your hand to pull the gauge case during installation or disassembly. Please use a wrench for installation.
* Please use the pressure gauge with no oil mark when measuring oxygen, acetylene or other combustible gases.
*Pressure gauge should be installed horizontally orvertically.
* When measuring the medium with explosion risk, easy crystallization, easy solidification and corrosive effect on copper and copper alloy, please select Hakin special medium pressure gauge.
* The normal working environment temperature is - 40 ºC to + 70 ºC, and the relative humidity should not be more than 85%.
