1.High rigidity The body and main structure of the machine are cast in grey cast iron with good rigidity and shock absorption. Bedstead internal arrangement reinforced tendons, bedstead structure thick. 2.High stability The horizontal sliding table and working table are cast in gray cast iron. The transverse sliding table adopts the structure design of large span, which effectively increases the stability of the machine tool. 3.High shock resistance The column adopts herringbone structure, and the bottom is fixed on the bed through scraping and grinding. The inside of the column is reinforced with "meter" character bar, which has good rigidity and earthquake resistance.
