WQ type sewage centrifugal pump is a pump product developed by absorbing domestic and foreign pump manufacturing experience. It has the characteristics of anti-tangling, non-clogging, automatic control, easy installation and so on. Adopting coupling guide rail, the pump can be installed and unloaded without touching the sewage. It has unique effect in discharging solid particles and long-fibre rubbish, while combining self-priming function and linkage non-clogging dredging function, it can be used as a clear water self-priming pump.
Advantage:
1. Single impeller or double impeller structure, can effectively pass through the pump fibre diameter of 5 times and 50% of the diameter of solid particles.
2. The mechanical seal is made of hard and corrosion-resistant new titanium tungsten material, which can make the pump run continuously for more than 8,000 hours.
3. It has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, low noise, remarkable energy-saving effect, convenient maintenance, no need to build a pump house, can work underwater, and reduce the cost of the project.
4. The sealing oil cavity of the water pump is equipped with high-precision anti-interference water leakage detection sensors, and the stator winding is embedded with thermal components to automatically protect the pump motor.
5. The automatic control cabinet can be configured according to the user's needs to automatically protect the water leakage, electric leakage, overload and over temperature of the pump to improve the reliability of the product.
6. Float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level. No need for specialised operation, very convenient to use.
7. Double-rail auto-coupling mounting system can be equipped according to users' needs. This brings more convenience for installation and maintenance, and one does not have to enter the sump pit for this purpose.
8. There are two different types of mounting, fixed auto-coupler mounting and double-rail auto-coupler mounting.
