Ici Pilling Snagging Tester

ICI Pilling & Snagging Tester, mounting the test specimens onto the PU tubes and put them into the pilling box which has cork liner mounted on the 6 sides, rotating at a specified speed and direction, simulates the normal wear of fabrics. When specified counter has been finished, compare the tested specimens with reference photographs for assessment of pilling.
RF3184N, 4 pilling boxes, LCD display，programed controller allowing standard mode with speed setting of 60rpm or 30rpm, optional reversing facility at 30rpm. Rotation speed can be selected：20rpm、25rpm、30rpm、40rpm、50rpm、60rpm、70rpm。
Test Scope：Replicate pilling or snagging on fabrics due to normal wear。
