The Company Is a research based Company focusing on the development of software in the overlapping areas of heat transfer and metallurgical engineering. Our main thrust is to provide tools for the estimation of heat transfer coefficients during complex manufacturing practices like metal casting, heat treatment and other unobservable processes where direct measurement of heat transfer is not possible. The Company is also engaged in the design and development of test rigs suitable for estimating heat transfer coefficient specific to manufacturing processes like induction hardening, quenching, die casting, TIG welding, two-phase flows, condensation and boiling heat transfer, solid-solid contacts etc., both in the plant and laboratories. The Company has designed and developed equipment for testing the quality of quenchants like oils, molten salts, aqueous solutions of polymers etc., as per International Standards (ASTM D6200, ISO 9950, ASTM 6482). The fully automated version of such testing equipment is now available for the first time to customers world-wide.
