Application
As most thermosetting phenolic resin, OF-2002 happens cross-linking reaction over 150ºC, resin become three-dimensional net structure from line structure. When rubber cures, it forms interpenetrating nets with rubber structure, thereby reinforces and hardness rubber, especially, it contains long-chain aliphatic hydrocarbon structure besides methylene bridge, so the brittlement of sulfide is better and crosslinking density is improved greatly, and it also improves rubber modulus, hardness, abrasion resistance. This product is the best resin with hardening effect, and can be used without adding of curing agent.
OF-2002 is used for all kinds of rubber reinforcing, such as bead area of tires, tread, rubber-covered roll, conveyor, triangle belt etc. The reference dosage is 6~15 phr.
Package and Storage
Packed in paper-plastic sack with inner film bag. Net weight is 25kg for each bag. Stored in indoor, drying and ventilating.
