Description
Asiazyme PHY is a heat stable phytase product, contains mioinositolhexaphosphate phosphohydrolase, produced by submerged fermentation and particular downstream processing technology, specialized for monogastric animals hydrolyzing anti-nutritional factor (ANF) phytate to release available phosphorus and other nutrients in plant feed ingredients. Asiazyme PHY is heat stable up to 90℃, can be applied before high temperature pelleting.
Microgranular, granular and liquid form phytase with different enzyme activity level are available on request.
Functions and Effects
1. Hydrolyze phytate in feed, release digestible phosphorus, and facilitate phosphorus utilization in animal feed.
2. Reduce inorganic phosphorus supplemental amount, save formula space.
3. Reduce phosphorus content in animal excretion, ease environment pollution.
4. Improve bioavailability of various nutrients such as minerals and proteins, and improve animal production performance.
5. Reduce deposit of heavy metals or fluorin from supplemental dicalcium phosphate.

Storage
The enzyme should be stored in a cool dry environment without exposure to direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12months from production date, store in original package under 25℃ can extend the shelf life.

The manufacturing plant has been authorized by the China authority for food, feed additive production, and has been certified of GMP+, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000-2006 (HACCP), HALAL, KOSHER certificate to control the quality through the whole production procedure.
