This part is produced by a single injection mold with two cavities and two drops of open-gate YUDO hot runner. The cavity and core blocks are made of H-13 steel. Its mold type is a High-Volume Production Tool. The mold surface finish for this part is SPI-A2 on the cavity side and SPI-C3 on the core side. Furthermore, the mold size is 1100*650*741mm, and its net weight is 3755kg. The mold service life would be 1,000,000 shots.
The injection mold is made by Tip-Top molds in Shenzhen, China. The injection molded part in the picture you’ve seen is the sample we produced for customer’s verification. After the mold trial, we delivered the samples to our American customers by UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Molds are too heavy to take the express delivery so they are delivered by the logistics company after being packaged in a wooden box. We would help to handle the shipping stuff.
