Q: How can I get the quotation?
A:Usually we need the 3D files or drawing of customers'project, material, weight, quantity, color and surface treatment.
We can accept PDF, ISGS, DWG, STEP file format.
If you don't have drawing, please send the sample to us, we can quote based on your sample too.
Q: How long does it take to make sample?
A: It takes about one week for plastic/ metal/ silicone prototype.
It takes 10-15 days for metal and silicone mould,30 days for plastic mould. It depends on the size and the structural complexity of the mould.
Q: What types of products does your company mainly produces?
A:We focus on making plastic injection molding,silicone rubber injection molding,metal CNC stamping and customized mold design,etc.
Q: What's the MOQ of your plastic products?
A:Small quantity order could be acceptable.We will discuss about the MOQ depend on the specific products.
Q: What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A: Please send us your sample,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Height,Width).
Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% full inspection during production and regular QC inspection,Pre-Shipment random final inspection.
