Our Products include: Power Transformers (as much as 160MVA) Distribution Transformers Generator Transformers Furnace Duty Transformers Auto-transformers Solar / Wind Application Transformers Our manufacturing facilities located in: Doraha, Punjab:- A unit capable of delivering transformers upto 160 MVA equipped with state of the art machinery spread of 35 acres. Bhiwadi, Rajasthan:- Spread in over 20 acres, the plant in Bhiwadi is also capable of executing jobs with a capacity of 160 MVA. Above all, this plant harbours an in-house NABL accredited laboratory. NuCon Power Controls, Ludhiana:- Est. in 1997 the this plant holds the crown jewel in manufacturing high volumes of distribution transformers with automated assembly lines and best in class testing equipments. Vadodara, Gujarat:- Est. in 2005 with a sole purpose of catering the repair and complaints of our off-shore customers. Our Units include all in house manufacturing facilities including WIRE DRAWING, PAPER COVERING, WIRE COATING, CRGO PROCESSING FACILITIES, FABRICATION, ANNEALING and COIL WINDING. We have achieved a milestone of installing more than 1.5 Million transformers within the county and and upward of 25000 supplies off-shore. Also to cater to the needs of overseas customers, we have successfully implemented the latest quality management standards of ISO 9001:2015 certification by BVQI in June 2002. Our long term agreements for the import of CRGO with Nippon Steel Corporation (Japan) and Armco (USA). We also have an agreement with Sumitomo Corp (Japan) for the import of insulating materials.
