They are heat treated to a hardness specified by our customer, up to 63 R/C. All of the blades that Portage Knife manufactures also undergo a cryogenic process during heat treat. We stock hundreds of varieties with varying edges and angles for all of the common converting equipment, such as Dusenbery and Cameron, just to name a few.
