MTAR has been the trusted partner in Indian Space program for over 30 years, we have worked with scientists and engineers of ISRO and helped in the manufacture of Satellite Launch Vehicle engine (Vikas Engine) and cryogenic engine. So far we have manufactured, assembled, tested and delivered over 100 rocket engines in for Indian satellite launch vehicles. 2. We are also manufacturing and assembling various fluid control components, command and system valves, regulators, RFDS valves, safety couplers, pneumatic connectors and solenoid flexures and other space mission critical parts of launch vehicle and Orbiter. Aerospace Segment 1. We manufacture landing gear pistons, actuators, power door opening systems, power systems, ram bodies housings, frame leavers, pistons, cylinders, ball screws, shafts, rotors, manifolds, impellers and other precision components for aerospace clients. 2. Fighter Aircrafts - MTAR manufacturers critical front and rear shafts for fighter aircraft, we also manufacture critical Turbine Nozzles and turbines discs in super alloys. 3. Helicopters - Over the years MTAR has developed expertise in magnesium machining which is widely used in helicopter industry. We also machine Titanium rotor mast bearings housings, titanium centerpieces, aluminum lift rod attachments and turbine discs in super alloys. With our past experience in Space and Aerospace segments, we are confident that we can manufacture complete assemblies , engines based on TOT from a lead firm. Defense Segment 1. MTAR is working with DRDO to integrate the base shroud and nozzle shroud of Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs), we are also manufacturing air frames for the same. 2. MTAR has state of the art testing equipment, we have prowess in integrating and testing critical assemblies for missiles. Heavy Fabrication and Machining Nuclear Segment , Hydro Power & Paper Pulp 1. MTAR has contributed in PHWR by producing critical equipment like: a. Fuelling Machine Heads used for refueling and removing fuel in reactor and various other components and assemblies. b. Grid Plate Assembly of dia 8 m x 1 m height, weighing over 80 tons. MTAR achieved to maintain positional accuracy of 0.1 mm in 1758 tubes from datum and perpendicularity. c. Fuel channel assemblies, end fittings, liner tubes, shielding plug, sealing plugs d. ANDRITZ Hydro Power Pvt Ltd India draft tube segments for Pinnapuram proj –Andhra Pradesh –India having and we have bagged purchase order for Spiral casing having weight of about 20 to 28 ton single segments these are are of 220MW and 110 MW hydro power project segments . e.
