The ROBOTAB RBT 55 D is an industrial-grade rotary tablet press machine engineered to compress powder formulations into tablet form quickly, safely, and consistently. Developed by Farmatürk, this double-sided system delivers a maximum compression force of 100 kN and supports production speeds of up to 165,000 tablets per hour or 2500 kg/hour, depending on formulation and tablet size.
Built in compliance with cGMP standards, the machine features a stainless steel body, automatic lubrication system, dust extraction unit, and integrated safety sensors on all access points. Its modular design enables fast tooling changes and easy cleaning, making it ideal for continuous, multi-shift operations.
