The special tool developed by our company for the installation and maintenance of water blocking of large pipelines-water blocking airbag. It can be used for cast iron or plastic pipes with diameters of φ300-1800mm. It is easy to operate, intuitive to check, and can be checked in time during the construction process to eliminate hidden quality hazards. It has become an indispensable leak detection tool for closed water test and irrigation test for municipal pipeline engineering.
The municipal pipeline water blocking airbag is made of reinforced natural rubber. Before delivery, each municipal pipeline water blocking airbag will be tested under the conditions of 1.5 times the rated working pressure and the corresponding type of pipe diameter. In order to ensure the strength of the municipal pipeline water blocking airbag structure, we adopt a safety factor of three times the rated working pressure of the pipe sealer.
The municipal pipeline water blocking airbag is particularly suitable for maintenance and testing work such as closed water test, closed air test, leak detection, pipeline repair and temporary water blocking after sealing the drainage pipe.
