Sargol Saffron

Sargol is what people know as saffron. Sargol saffron means a stigma isolated from the root or the whiteness of saffron, which is the most common type of saffron, which is also known as Sargol saffron. In this type, stigmas are separated, and roots are cut, and there is the possibility of the stigmas getting broken.

This product has good quality and color due to pure stigma and the absence of roots. First-grade and second-grade Sargol saffron differ only in fracture and quality of stigmas, slightly more stigma fractures in grade B or second grade. It isn’t straightforward to determine the quality of this type that we can only ensure the authenticity of the material with a few simple methods.

This type is also cultivated in other provinces, but Sargol Ghaenat saffron has been famous for a long time. The color of this type is 210 to 260 units, which is a very suitable amount.
