Strong Magnet
New Products From This Supplier
Sintered NdFeB (Neodymium Iron Boron) Composition: Neodymium (Nd), Iron (Fe), Boron (B), with possible additions of Dysprosium (Dy) or Terbium (Tb) to enhance high-temperature resistance. Cost-effectiveness: High unit price but strongest magnetic performance; low cost per unit magnetic energy, offering high comprehensive cost-effectiveness. Application Fields: High-end applications such as electric vehicle drive motors, wind turbine generators, MRI equipment, hard disk drives, and precision instruments. Magnetic Properties: Ultra-high magnetic energy product (30–52 MGOe), exceptionally high remanence (Br) and coercivity (Hc). Poor temperature stability (Curie temperature ~310–400°C); prone to demagnetization at high temperatures. Operating Environment: Suitable for temperatures ≤150°C (upgradable to >203°C with heavy rare earth additions). Susceptible to oxidation; requires electroplating (e.g., nickel, zinc) or coating protection.
