SUCTION HOSE WITH SANDWICH FLANGE
East Marine suction hose with sandwich flange is be used in CSD/TSHD dredgers including drag head, sand pump and etc. This kind suction hose will be built as ring type, ring type outside smooth, helix type, armoured type and other special type of hose requested.
The suction hose with sandwich flange is better flexibility then steel flange, so it is be widely used between the underwater pump and inboard pump of the dredgers

We use modern technology to design and manufacture, and through rigorous field testing.
The following tests are to be conducted:
-Raw material test including natural rubber,tensile textile,rubber additive(inspection before entering warehouse)
-Hose dimension check
-Weight check
-Working pressure test(if specified)
-Bending test(if specified)
-Buoyancy test(only for floating hose,if specified)
Our QC department will inspect each product and offer FACTORY INSPECTION REPORT before delivery. We can also invite the third party inspection agency to inspect according to customer requirements. The usual inspection agency include Classification Society of China(CCS),Norway-German(DNV-GL),United Stats(ABS),United Kingdom(LR) and France(BV).
