Door leaf: sandwich panel with thickness of 24 mm. (Styrofoam RTM 40 kg / m3 polystyrene foam + impact resistant plastic 1.5 mm), color white RAL 9003, color can be changed at will (pasting with film of any color). HDPE bumpers (straight or bent), 6 mm thick, standard color black or white. The height of the bump is up to 1000 mm. The window is oval or round (impact-resistant acrylic).
Frame: aluminum profile of special shape. Aluminum profile coating-grey food paint RAL 7032. Rubber seal h15 mm along the perimeter of the flaps. Return of the leaf to the closed position by means of a spring return mechanism made of galvanized steel.
Additional options are available:
– 60×40×2 stainless steel outer frame for overhead mounting of the pendulum door to / from the opening;
- production of a door and a bump from stainless steel.
