Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is produced by heating up the glass to its softening point, then rapidly and uniformly cooling ,so that it creates compressive stress with the glass,in cooling process,the outside of glass will be solidified due to rapid cooling,and the inside slowly cools which cause compressive stress on the surface and makes tensile stress inside,therefor enhance the physical strength and thermal stability of the glass.
