FD-30A is three rolls thread rolling machine with hydraulic system, usually used for making external thread on hollow parts, such as auto bleed screw, plug, etc. Can be used to make knurling on pipe parts.
Through feed and In feed modes can be realized on one machine.
The Max. rolling pressure of this machine is 6T, and the shafts diameter is 25.4 or 35mm, and max. diameter of rolling dies on the machine is 90mm.
There is a protective cover on the main shafts, to avoid worker injury.
It is easy to change different thread rolling dies, adjust angle of main shafts, and align thread line.
Customized automatic feeder can be designed according to exact product, to save cost of workers and time.
