Two-end Boring Machine Details
The roller axis and the axis of the boring cutter head from both ends are guaranteed to be on the same axis with precision ≤4um by high accurate test bar adjusting.
Both ends are processed at the same time; the efficiency is more than 3 times of the traditional processing method.
The roller clamping uses two sets of v-jig to fix. The boring cutter rotation speed is not controlled by the drum diameter. The drum maximum diameter could reach 100 mm, 200 mm, 300 mm, 400 mm or more (as clients’ requirements).
