1. Materials
It shall be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The performance of carbon steel shall not be lower than the provisions of Q235B grade, and the stainless steel material shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 3280.
2. Performance Requirements:
According to GB/T 38053 "General Technical Conditions for Prefabricated Supports and Hangers", the following properties of prefabricated supports and hangers shall be tested:
(1) Bearing capacity performance of connecting components;
(2) Anti-slip performance of channel steel nuts;
(3) Tensile performance of channel steel nuts;
(4) Pull-out resistance of the pipe clamp;
(5) Load-bearing capacity performance of corner connectors;
(6) Load-bearing capacity performance of the support arm;
(7) Component fatigue performance.
3. Anti-corrosion requirements
When the material surface is treated with hot-dip galvanizing, a neutral salt spray test for no less than 480 hours shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10125.
When the surface of the material is treated with a zinc-chromium coating, a neutral salt spray test for no less than 1200 hours shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10125.
When the material surface is electro-galvanized, a neutral salt spray test of no less than 90 hours shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10125.
4. Surface quality
The surface of the section steel should be smooth and clean, without defects such as rust, folding, cracking, delamination, dripping tumors, roughness, zinc piercing, and missed plating.
