UHT Milk Details
Kalber UHT milk is produced using fresh cow's milk. In the process of sterilization, milk is heated for 3 to 4 minutes at a temperature of 135 to 150 ° C in a completely closed system so that all its bacteria are killed while preserving all the nutrients, taste and appearance of milk.
No preservatives are added to the long-lasting milk of UHT milk, and the milk prepared in this way remains healthy, fresh and without the need for refrigeration for up to six months due to being free of any bacteria.
