Structural Features Of MCLW11STNC
Integrated frame and base.
The integrated frame and base are welded structures made of high-quality Q235B steel plates, providing adequate strength and rigidity.
Working rolls.
The upper roll is made of 42CrMo alloy steel and is quenched and tempered after rough machining to a working hardness of HB 260-300. The lower rolls are made of 45# steel and hardened to HRC 40-45.
Up roller device
Electronic synchronization system.
The vertical movement of the upper roll is synchronized and balanced by electronic comparison, with balanced end-position control. This helps prevent edge mismatch (staggered edges), makes operation easy and ensures high precision of the rolled products.
Remote service and monitoring system (optional extra).
The control system supports remote service monitoring, allowing 24-hour tracking of machine operation and factory service support so that problems can be handled promptly and production can keep running normally. This function is available at extra cost.
