Проволока DEKA ER70S-6, 3Si1 применяется для полуавтоматической сварки углеродистых и низколегированных сталей в среде защитных газов: 100% CO2, 80% Ar + 20% CO2. Микрополировка поверхности проволоки специальным химическим составом повышает проводимость проволоки, снижает энергозатраты на сварку и улучшает механические характеристики сварных швов. Отсутствие осыпания медного покрытия в подающих механизмах, а также низкий коэффициент трения сокращают простои сварочного оборудования, связанные с периодической очисткой направляющих каналов/шлангов, и увеличивают срок службы наконечника.
