1. Buyer issues LOI
2. Seller issues FCO and put ability with buyer terms in FCO
3. Buyer sign FCO and COA to make sure SOYABEAN Specifications
4. Buyer send ICPO to confirm the details of buying
5. Buyer issue ICPO with company registration certificate and representative valid identification valid identification document.
6. Seller sends COA, export license, company registration and past BL.
7. Seller or buyer issue SPA.
8. Seller sends invitation letter to buyer.
9. Buyer and seller signed a contract.
10. Seller and buyer legalized the contract by notary under the international Law.
11. Buyer confirms all the details under the product, factory and documentation.
12. Seller send the following POP documents to the buyer: Copy of legalized/Notarized SPA
13. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
14. Copy of Statement of availability of the product Copy of refinery commitment to produce the product Copy of product analysis
15. Copy of certificate of origin Copy of proforma invoice
16. Seller issue PB 2% to buyer bank as guarantee of shipment with the full POP/shipping documents and customs to buyer’s bank including SGS based on bill of lading.
17. Buyer activates 100% DLC tranferable at sight after signing contract and seller gives POP.
18. Seller start preparing the loading in agreeable days max Shipping commences as per contract. Upon arrival of the cargo at the discharging port, payment is 100% DLC at sight tranferable , after successful SGS inspection/report and against presentation to the buyer’s bank of a complete set of export documents. Seller transfers the title of goods ownership to buyer.
