Our yarns can be safely used in children's and infant's products - this has been confirmed by the European certificate "confidence in textiles".We produce in Poland polyamide 6 and 66 yarns (flat and texturized as well as strech) and covered yarns (air-covered and traditionally covered). The main end use for our yarns is hosiery, narrow fabrics and medical textiles.We import all other yarns from Asia. We buy polyester, cotton, viscose, acrylic yarns, polypropylene, elastane, fancy yarns.LEGS last investment is a modern YARN dye-house, which was established in 2010 with a vision to provide the textile industry with access to high quality dyeing services. Our mission is to deliver an unlimited variety of colors in a timely and cost-effective way.For this investment we purchased German Thies equipment of the latest generation. Modern Orgatex software in connection with Setex drivers and central computer enables precise production planning and gives us full production control.The heart of the dye-house is a laboratory where we prepare dye prescriptions and check the stability of dying (friction and wash tests). Our equipment guarantees excellent repetitiveness of dying and fast development of new colours.
