Welcome to RGe, Premier Indian enterprises of businesses having interests in the manufacture and supply of high performance, engineered nano zirconia, ultrafine zirconium oxide (Zirconia) powders, zirconium chemicals, praseodymium, yttrium, cerium Oxide, zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA), ultrafine alumina and Industrial minerals like Potash feldspar, Sodium Feldspar, Quartz, Wollastonite, Calcite, Mica, Zircon, Sillimanite, Talk, fluorspar, kaolin to manufacturing industries world wide. Apart from above RGe also offers specific solutions for dry and wet grinding, classification and sorting of minerals in collaboration with world leaders for contamination free consistent processing. RGe has developed proprietary technology for production of engineered co-precipitated, high purity, bio compatible, homogeneous, re-producible, ultrafine, nano crystalline, narrow particle size, partially stabilized tetragonal zirconium oxide (ZrO2) powders popularly known as 3 mol% YPSZ/Y-TZP/TZY/TZ zirconia powders or tetragonal zirconia polycrystals, Yttria fully stabilized Zirconia known as cubic zirconia or 8 mol% FYSZ zirconium oxide & monoclinic zirconium oxides. Zirconia powders offered by RGe are suitable for different sintering temperatures at 1350c and 1560C. Zirconia powders are available in spray dried agglomerates for ready to press applications. Nano zirconia powders and nano zirconia dispersions in different formulations have been made available by RGe. Nano zirconia may be sinterable at 1100C. Nano zirconia dispersions & nano zirconia powders have been made available by RGe in pure ZrO2 form as well as in doped TZ (tetragonal polycrystal) form using 3 mol% Yttrium Oxide as dopant. Similarly Nano & ultra fine Zirconia Toughened Alumina (Nano ZTA) powders are available for advance structural, bio, dental and engineering ceramic precision parts. ZTA available with RGe are sinterable at 1560c to 1650C temperatures.
