We have the honor to introduce our company ELAsmar Textile Group, as it is one of the pioneers in jeans production in EGYPT, We have started our business in 1996 exporting our first shipment in 2002, then our business grow as our factory expanded to 2500 m reaching up to 4 floors in 2010, provided with the most recent European technology and machines.
In 2016 our business expanded again offering a new production line for socks under the name of “ALSWAR” brand, in 2017 our factory gone under construction and expanded to 6000 m, providing our factory with a new high technology to include all the needed stages for jeans production.
Our factories have the most modern machines with Italian, German & Japanese technology to achieve the highest level of quality in order to be able to achieve the European & American markets specification.
We have a huge capacity reaching 5000 piece daily, passing by production stages such as cutting, sewing and washing as for socks segment it can produce up to 12000 pieces per day.
Our clients: CALZEDONIA, ZARA, RENUAR, ESPRIT, ALCOTT, PULL & BEAR, mavi and Kitan.
Shipping destinations: USA, Turkey, Spain, Italy, Middle East, Croatia, Ukraine and Russia.
Certificates: Inditex Consent Statement Approval, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EURO1 and EURO MED.
Trade Agreements: QIZ 102, COMESA, Free trade agreement between Egypt & Turkey, European partnership agreement.
