RFQ Description

The tray for sorting oversized mail on the mphs sorting machine is made of polyoxymethylene (POM) in compliance with the dimensions and according to the sketch (Appendix No. 1 to the terms of reference). Use in highly loaded conveyor systems with high work intensity. The trays are supplied with a clamping elastic tape that serves to secure the mails by pressing them against the tray. (Appendix #2 to the terms of reference)Product requirements:u2022 High resistance to shock loads, cuts and abrasion.u2022 Good chemical resistance to oils and alkalis.u2022 Product color-S and N and D.u2022 Allowed deviation from the dimensions indicated in the sketch no more than 0.05mm.u2022 Resistance to cracking.u2022 Shore hardness - not less than 120u2022 Lack of Burr at the ends.u2022 Flat elastic tape 20-25mm wide. (Product color - black), located along the length of the tray, used to fix postal items by pressing them against the tray. Fixed in the grooves provided in the trays.u2022 Flat elastic band made of premium quality non-curl woven elastic from polyester with a special weave to prevent curl. The tape is needed for a more durable fit of postal items.The supplier assumes obligations for the design and manufacture of a mold for the manufacture of goods, fixing the elastic band in the grooves of the tray, as well as design documentation for the mould and design documentation for the product.
