Details diagram of mechanical components with international symbols as well as description of working principal. (iii). Complete diagram of electrical wiring with PLC, HMI and other electrical components. c. User Manual: (1) Description of operating procedure Step by step with pictures and diagram. (2) Safety procedure to be followed with diagram. d. Maintenance and repair Manual (should include): (1) Daily, weekly, monthly, half yearly and yearly maintenance to be mentioned clearly with diagram as applicable. (2) Repair procedure to be mentioned for Pneumatic system, mechanical system and electrical and electronics system separately. e. Parts Catalogue: Standard parts catalogue with part no, name and pictures to be provided. f. Training: (1) Operator Training: 05 working days at BOF site (by at least one trainer). (2) Technical and repair training: 07 working days at BOF site by 01 control system designer/ expert , 01 expert on mechanical/ electrical and Pneumatic system). (3) Trial run to be conducted by the supplier at BOF site.
