exporthub Request for Quote.I am contacting you today as the Owner for the company G&M Leisure. We wish to investigate a line of Wall Tapestries. Weu2019re a volume buyer and repeat buyer but we like to start out a new line slowly to see what the demand supports. As part of our company policy, when we are dealing with any supplier, we follow a simple 3 step process:1. We order a sample first. You can invoice us the sample costs as well as the freight costs to the United States. We can then test the quality of your items.2. Once we confirm the sample we will then place a trial-order, this enables us to conduct some vital market testing. The amount quoted in this order on our sreadsheet provided is our test order size. We have every reason to believe that the feedback from the market will be excellent, but it is critical that we test your product before we move into large scale production3. Once we have seen that the products are viable, we will then discuss ordering larger quantities with a view to creating an ongoing business relationship with your company.We are looking for a Wall Hanging Tapestry initially with 1 Variety and look to receive from you just 1 Sample.Once the product is a proven seller we will order much higher quantities with at least 10 varieties.We will be sending you a spreadsheet with the requirements that we have and ask you to go over it to see if you can produce this product for us.Thank you for your time and effort.
