RFQ Description

Dear Mr Gurbanov, Our fuel Buyer requires D2 and JP54. The Buyer is a Major world Buyer of fuel, and we are in direct contact with the Buyers Mandate. The Buyer's request is as follows: 1.       D2      500,000 MT/mnth on a contract of 24 to 48 mnths. Price point is 11% below Platt, CIF or FOB Rotterdam. 2.       JP 54  Up to 5 Million bbls/mnth on a contract of 24 to 48 mnths. Price point is 11% below Platt, CIF or FOB Rotterdam.  In the offer to sell I would like as partial Proof of Product, a letter/email from the Mandate stating the product can in fact be supplied on a 24 – 48 mnth contract, at the requested price and adhering to the Seller’s Procedures, which I will forward to you if you express an interest in supplying the D2 and JP54. After receiving your Offer, the Buyer’s Mandate may ask for a conference call to be arranged with a view to formulating a contract and to travel to you, and meet with you.
