PACKING In 1 MT Big-Bag NOTES: 1.- An independent company as SGS, Buerau Veritas, Inspectorate, Caled Bred, etc., must certificate the qualities and weights of the materials. 2.- Penalties for sizes: If the Ferro Chrome delivered by the supplier exceed the maximum undersize specify for the material, the unit price will have a discount proportional to the percentage that exceed the 5% maximum 10 mm undersize. The independent company certification will govern to apply the discount. The following formula will apply for this instance: 1MT FeCr CFR San Vicente with size discount = 1 MT FeCr CFR San Vicente x [(100- (% Undersize - 5)] / 100 Where; %Undersize: Percentage that exceed the 5% maximum content of 10 mm undersize stated in the independent company certification.
