Looking For heat seal filter paper for tea bags or coffee

Hi There, have been working with a factory in China that is able to assist, but they have been very slow in getting back to me with questions and cannot provide me with any certificates such as ISO, SGS, FDA etc. Our client will need some sort of certification that proves the factory manufacture to international standards. Does your company have any certification? We require the following filter paper as per the specs given. Note the one paper is embossed, this is very important. I have attached a picture of the embossing –its a flower. Please send me your FOB price, based on my specs.
