Mild Steel Seamless Pipes (Various Sizes) 2. Mild Steel Elbow (Various Sizes) 3. Mild Steel Equal Tee (Various Sizes) 4. Mild Steel Reducer (Various Sizes) 5. Mild Steel Flanges (Various Sizes) 6. Gate valve (Various Sizes) Also please note customer would need third party inspection as below kindly quote its prices separate. Third Party Inspection: In case of foreign suppliers, bidder have to take into account and separately quote price of “Third Party Pre-shipment Inspection” through PSM approved renowned companies like SGS, ABS, BVIS etc in presence of PSM engineers to ensure and confirm that pipes and fittings meet the specification requirement of latest applicable standard and Purchase Order specifications. The minimum but not limited scope of this inspection will be as follows 1. Quantity check (100%) 2. Visual quality checks randomly, including the external/internal surface, edges. (approx. 40 items) 3. Verification of seamless construction of pipes and fitting through macro- etch as per ASTM E-340. (04 randomly picked samples) 4. Dimension check randomly, including: Length, Wall Thickness, OD, Ovality, straightness etc. (approx.40 items) 5. Documents review: MTC, Heat treatment reports, Hydrostatic test reports, the thickness measurements records of 100% pipes/fittings 6. Conduct sampling and lab testing for "Chemical Composition" as per relevant standard, of randomly picked 04 sample (02 samples from pipes, 01 sample from fittings & 01 samples from Flanges) Special Notes: 1. Pipes Material: SA 106 Gr.B or SA 53 2. All Elbow, Equal Tee, Reducer Tee, Reducer Ecentric, Reducer Concentric Material: SA 234 Gr WPB 3. Mild steel flanges material: SA 105 4.
